You can go to the Menu bar at the top and click 'View > Show Palette'

Thank you for you prompt response! That was the first thing I tried actually, and had no luck. I contacted our vendor (Hawk Ridge Systems) and did a screen share session and they fixed a problem within the registry. This happened after I ran Windows update this morning, so perhaps that is what caused the issue. I'm back up and running again.

I'm glad HRS was able to get you up and running again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
The workaround they showed you can be used to reset your Visualize UI and preferences back to default, should you run into any missing windows or weird UI settings.
