Yes, you do need a copy of Windows as well. Boot Camp allows Windows to be installed on your Mac. It creates a separate partition on your harddrive in which Windows is installed on and will allow your Mac to run Windows programs....
Actually, I just read that Boot Camp already comes installed on a Mac (I will have to check my Mac at home and see if that's the case). Google search Boot Camp and it will explain how to use it to install Windows on your Mac.

You need to partition the Mac using bootcamp, (this comes with the OSX operating system), at this point it will ask for your windows installation disk.
