I just recently installed a student version of SW. When I hover the cursor over the icons in the Command Manager, nothing happens. When I do this on any other PC, an little balloons opens with a short explanation of what the icon does.  I've been searching for a setting somewhere but can't find it.

Anyone have an answer ?
