How can I import PCB from Solidworks PCB to Altium

Hi,

I want see the compatibility between SolidWorks PCB and Altium Designer.

I have no problem to open Schematic or Library, but PCB have not same extension :

Do you think that it's possible to open .SWPcbDoc with Altium Designer? or .PcbDoc with SolidWorks PCB?

And if yes, How can I make it?
