When I am in an assembly or a part solidworks is real jumpy and/or knotchy. When I move the model around it will disappear from the screen and/or stop for a few. If I do not give it time to catch up it will shut down. It is really bad in mate.

Possibly also related, my graphics are jumpy when I rebuild, save, or mate. The view jumps to the last view then updates to the current view.
You can check your computer specs using the link below to see if that may be the issue. I am using two Quadro M2000M cards and mine works. I thought all Quadro cards were certified for Solidworks use but I may be wrong. Seems like both the cards in question have a better benchmark then my cards using a quick Google search.
Gary & Wojciech ... Not sure if it applies to SW2015 but just another thought based off of Wojciech' comments about the slow view changes.
Solidworks doing a double take when asking it to do a command
Can you post your computer specs, Solidworks version? That is normally the first thing to check when you are experiencing a graphics issue. I am assuming you have done the standard restart to see if it helped.
