Does anyone know what would cause balloon text to become un-editable and give the message (when attempting to edit balloon text):

"This item number cannot be changed because it is currently driven by component order.  You can change the value by setting the balloon text type to custom in the balloon PropertyManager."

So I go to balloon PropertyManager and do what it says, and still get the same result...???
