Do you have any configurations in your model?
Yes. i just tested using configuration in driveworksxpress. Cycling through remaining 2 config functioning correctly but when switching to FILLET AND CUT it tends to error. it was an default config which i renamed.
Do you have a replace file rule, with a "|" specifying the configuration you want?
Down know how to make/do it. Any possibility document you have like video or pdf or slides. If you want you can test with my attachments of .7z file just extract and see it.

I'm not really into the Xpress version, I'm using DW Pro. But it looks like you have a replace rule where you specify a configuration which isen't available. Thats my best guess..
