Yes you can & it has been done.
I know this doesn't help you although it answers your question. Not trying to be facetious.
Two things I would look into.
A) Find a way to be more descriptive in your question. Learn to ask good questions.
B) Wrestle with the task at hand and see where it takes you (hint: someone already solved your problem. It's on the net. Even for free.
It takes effort. Either learn to better search the net or learn to program. Both options will advance you the answer you are looking for.

I don't know if you can do that.....however, you CAN export a BOM to excel.
Just add a Bill of material and then RMB and export to Excel.
