Can you Export Assembly Feature Tree Manager directly to excel, showing al sub-assemblies in order
Thank you Tom
I don't know if you can do that.....however, you CAN export a BOM to excel.
Just add a Bill of material and then RMB and export to Excel.
Yes you can & it has been done.
I know this doesn't help you although it answers your question. Not trying to be facetious.
Two things I would look into.
A) Find a way to be more descriptive in your question. Learn to ask good questions.
B) Wrestle with the task at hand and see where it takes you (hint: someone already solved your problem. It's on the net. Even for free.
It takes effort. Either learn to better search the net or learn to program. Both options will advance you the answer you are looking for.
Browse the SW help file on BOM
Browse the API help file on Traverse Assembly
Browse Google for the above
You can also use assembly visualization tool and export the data as required.
