If you were to T off of L2-1 to an additional component you should see the "Number Of Wires" increase to 2. If you want a line to represent multiple wires you will need to use a one-line diagram and the line will represent a cable containing multiple conductors.
On a different note, I would suggest using "Mixed Scheme" for all drawings to allow generation of schematics and one-lines on the same page.

Though you are working on mixed scheme, the basic thumb rules of line diagram and schematic diagram can't be overwritten. Even in mixed scheme, the detailed cabling is allowed only if the cable is connected to line diagram symbols and not to schematic symbols. Similarly, wire can be connected only to schematic symbols and not to line diagram symbols.
Cable connected to schematic symbols and wire connected to line diagram symbols will not have any identity as such. Only graphical representation can be done.
