I purchased SolidWorks SE 2019-2017 about two months ago from the re-seller Studica. I am just now trying to register my product so as to get access to the Downloads and Updates section of the SolidWorks Customer Portal so that I can download SP5. When I try to register, I receive a message that says that my serial number is invalid, even though the serial number worked fine when I initially installed and activated SolidWorks. How can I resolve this issue so that I may be able to download Service Packs and other updates?
