I can add corner reliefs in a flat pattern environment using the corner-trim tool. Still would rather use the corner relief feature in the bent state though.

What version the part is created in? and what is the version you using now?
SW 2015 SP 3, New Part. The other item on the cut list is a gusset. I suppressed the features to make the gusset, but it doesn't activate the corner relief feature.
Can you attach the file?
Nicholas,, You have 2 cut list items. What is that all about. Perhaps the wrong item is selected for adding the reliefs.
Nicholas, was this file created in 2012 or older version? If yes then corner relief won't be available per Solution Id:S-065742.
The only option/workaround is to recreate the file using 2013 or higher version.

It is a new part file, created in SW 2015 SP 3. I can add a corner relief to a simple rectangular sheet-metal part with edge flanges on all sides. I created a copy of my desired part and deleted all features except for the edge flanges. It still shows that the corner relief is inactive. I would not think that it is an issue with the method that the edge flange was created because SW recognizes the corner in the flat state using the corner-trim feature.

Hey that is good to know, I didn't realize that.
Attached is a simplified model (removed gussets, weldnuts, etc.) which still doesn't have the ability to use the "Corner Relief" command (adding relief in bent state). I can however add the relief in the flattened state using the "Corner-Trim" command.

I started from scratch and it seems to work for me. I am guessing this was an added feature in a newer version and your part started from an older part. See if this works for you.
Edited: Sorry, this is in 2016 so it won't do you much good.

I just created the part this morning, so no version issues. I was also able to use the feature with a simpler sheet metal part, it has to be something with editing the flange profile, there is nothing else different to the example...scratching head right now.
