Please tell me is this possible using sheet metal? How can Ido it? Or how to model it in Solid and convert to sheet metal?
My opinion is that this would be made more easily as a stamped part.
As Christopher said, for production stamping this part would be the way to go. Trying to get in to form it on a brake would not be fun.
As for modeling it, yes it can easily be done with sheetmetal. I would probably model one section and then do a circular pattern to create the flat sheet. Then place lines on the sheet and create sketched bends to fold it up.

Lines, not arcs.
If you want a 9-sided box with the legs bent, sheetmetal will do it.
If you want a round part (technically a draw) sheetmetal will not work.
I'm not exactly sure what your what is going on in your drawing but this might be close to what you are after. I didn't pay any attention to the drawing dims or bend radii but did use your flat to cut this out.
You might want to give something like this a try.
Edit:.. with a slight variation of my posted model you can achieve this but I'll bet you already figured it out.
I think you'd better go thru the tutorials from SW software
From your response here, I guess you'd have more questions and these questions can be answered from the tutorials (sheet metal as well as modeling your part)
