Is there a way to automatically invert the direction of the arrowhead in a linear dimension?

I'm creating a custom drawing template in SolidWorks 2016 and I want to adjust the way that the linear dimensions are placed on a drawing by inserting Smart Dimensions. Whenever I insert a Smart Dimension, it automatically decides whether the arrowheads are facing inwards or outwards. Whenever I place the Smart Dimensions, it automatically places the dimensions with the arrowheads as shown below.

I know that whenever you click one of the arrowheads that the arrowheads will invert, but these are repetitive actions when there are a lot of dimensions on your drawing. I also know that you can change the Base linear dimension standard to ANSI, but I prefer (modified) ISO settings over ANSI settings.
