When I attempt to upgrade my SWX09 SP0 installation to SP1,
it constantly fails. The log file contains the following messages:

I am unclear on how to proceed with the upgrade, if at all.

Correct Answer
When I tried to update to SP1 the install failed. The SP0
install was from the web download. I ended up uninstalling and
deleting the registry keys then reinstalling SP0 from the DVD after
this SP1 installed correctly. Your mileage may vary
