      I'm unable to show a preview of any PDF file in PDM Enterprise 2016 (16.4). Instead of showing the file to following error occurs: There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is running, please exit and try again. (9:9). I have no issues opening or showing previews in Windows 10. Browser (Firefox) is showing the PDF without errors as well, only the PDM is showing this error. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
