drawing formats, multiple sheets, single edit source

my drawing template has a predefined set of notes in the drawing format, and three pages. i delete the extra sheets i don't need, or add additional sheets if necessary.

is there a way to set a single text block that you can edit at one location and then have it display across multiple sheets? right now the easiest way to accomplish this involves copying and pasting the note from page to page to page.

solidworks is a far superior modeling system, but i have some experience using siemens solid edge and it had some nifty features. one of them was that in the drawing, you have your sheet tabs at the bottom and then at the end is a tab for the drawing format. so this tab controls the format for all sheets. editing the notes in this page will affect the notes on every page which saved some time.

wondering if there is a pro tip someone knows that can save me some time. thanks!
