Its been 2 weeks now, still no Updates? I thought this issue would have been sorted out by now? We are migrating to 2017 soon?

Mine is working fine. last reported was this morning (Version 2016)
Do all you users have the option enabled below
Have you changed serial numbers...consolidated serial numbers?
Have you "dropped" the re-subscribed to subscription services?
I had a bunch of problems with the AdminDashboard, took, myself, my VAR & SolidWorks Cooperate almost 4 months to fix and it still isn't 100%.
I had to work through all the above issues...took some time.

Yes, all 23 computers are Customer exper enabled.
Let me just clear some things, it is updating, but not everything.
I installed the correct graphic's drivers...its reflecting
I installed 2016 Sp5.... its reflecting on some of the computers others are still showing SP3
I ran the bench test...... nothing is reflecting
So I deleted all accounts and now waiting for all to update again so I can see if anything has changed?
So far only 5 accounts has reflected my account still needs to update
Do your users reboot daily?
If i remember talking to someone, try bench testing the missing machines.
When were the last update (date time of reported machine).
Do you have any filters turned on in the dashboard?
Have you changed anything on your firewall?
