I am trying to help a colleague get Solidworks 2016 connect to the license server but we are having trouble getting the client machines seeing the license server in some situations.

The licensing server can be reached but only over IPv6 / DirectAccess. The server can be reached by Hostname or IPv6, but not IPv4.

Any suggestions or help please?
