I did try to sketch a fillet between 2 cicles with sketch>(corner)sketch_fillet, but solidworks didn't want to draw the sketch.
Is this only possible to draw a circle, to trim and to lay tangent and coincident with the other circles ?

I think this is doing the same thing as a circle, just using an arc. I think he/she wants to get away from the trim command.
This is what i know, but i was curious if it was possible with the sketch corner command. Then not to attach seperate the relations.
you will never be able to draw a tangential arc, simply because the required geometries do not exist, you could draw an arc and apply the required relations and then manipulate the arc though, seems a bit of along way round for a simply arc though.
much easier to draw a tangential circle, and then simply trim it away.
With what you are doing SW does not know where to trim the circles to. You can use the Split entities command on the circles then use the fillet command.
That tool is meant for rounding off corners, use the arc tool instead.
