I would like to copy not only the sketch but features from one part file to another part file.  Can this be done in SW?

I have a sheet metal part.  The top and bottom flange were removed so the dimension of the pem nuts are no longer accurate because it was dimension form the edge of the flange.  I want to redo the hole part but would like to save all the pemnuts on the sheet metal.  When I used copy and paste SW only copy the hole without the pemnut feature.
