I am new to this forum...so please excuse any "stupid" questions.

I have just started using the property tab builder as I am in the process of setting up part and assembly templates for my company and will be using similar custom properties in these, so I thought the builder would help. Also, from what I have read in the forums, it should make bringing these custom properties into old parts (old template) a lot easier.

Everything was going well and I got my drawing sheet format to pull data from these properties too... but then suddenly the custom property builder tab just went blank - as in nothing there, no buttons to click on - nothing:

Has anyone had this issue before? I tried redirecting the file location where it looks for the file back to the default: C:\Program Files\SOLIDWORKS Corp\SOLIDWORKS\lang\english but it still does the same thing. Have restarted the program too.

Anyone ever have an issue like this and have a solution for me?
