The interface in SolidWorks Explorer is not as maliable as Windows Explorer. You can only show or hide the columns that are already available in the interface (Name, Size, Type, Date Modified, Attributes, Full path).
Workgroup and SolidWorks Explorer are getting put out to pasture for limitations like this. Fortunately, PDM Standard just builds into Windows Explorer and you can do things like this.
