I created a part with several configurations. When I try to add it to the toolbox, it does not show up in the tool box to insert into an assembly.

I open the part, RMB on the part name at top  of the feature manager tree, click on Add to Library, Click on toolbox, click on ansi inch, click on structural members, click on steel, then click on the green check mark at top of Add to Library dialog box. When I open the toolbox and navigate to the steel folder where I thought I put my part, it is not there. Am I missing a step? I have also created a folder and tried to put my part in it but that doesn't work either. Please note I am using SWX 2009.
