I'm using Solidworks 2017 sp1 and this is what my Layers properties window looks like.  It is missing the eye (on/off) column and the active layer column.  I tried repairing the installation and uninstalling/reinstalling and it still does not appear.  My co-workers have the same software and do not have this problem.  Is there some setting that turns these off?
