Major vault issue.

Hi All,

We are having an issue in the vault that I need to know if it is a “bug” or if we are doing something wrong.  Let me try to explain:

After finishing a new drawing that is started in the vault, the file is then “checked in” and then “released”. To revise a drawing, select the file and “submit to WIP”, then “Check Out” the drawing.  When finished, “Check In” the drawing and then “Release”.

When I follow this procedure, I can revise a drawing and everything looks good on my PC in the vault.  If someone goes to the vault on another PC, the “Version” is wrong, which means        even though I finished a drawing, checked it in and released it, they will be looking at the unrevised print.

I have attached a couple screen shots to show you what is happening.  The “122995_Originator” is a drawing that hitesh did.  he completed it, checked it in, and released.  The         “122995_Viewer” is a drawing showing the file the way it looks on my PC. Should that not show up the same as it does for him??

We are doing somewhere wrong. anybody know the solution?
