None of them. I am trying DraftSight right now to see if it works.

With Draftsight you may be able to get an older version to work on a 32 bit machine (probably a 2014 version) but you would also have to run it in compatibility mode to Windows 7 or older. Not sure if you can even load it successfully though.
An older version of eDrawings may also possibly work the same way but you would not be able to read files newer than the version of eDrawings you end up using. Again, not sure if you will even be able to install.
I just upgraded to 64 bit system for the same reason (except I was running Vista).
It's not that expensive these days and the performance is far superior and you are going to run into this problem more and more as almost nothing is being made to run on 32 bit anymore.
DraftSight 2017 is still available for 32-bit Windows.
Per eDrawings System Requirements, there is only 64 bit version for Win 10. So better upgrade your OS/system to 64 bit.
For what purpose you need the eDrawings?
Trying to view an edrw print. I ended up going to my laptop that is 64 bit and downloading the eDrawings for it and it is working.
If you want to view SolidWorks files, you have no option but to use a 64-bit Windows computer.

To repeat, the newest version of Dassault Systemes' DraftSight is available for 32-bit.
Also, 32-bit systems are capped at 4 GB of RAM, which I don't recommend for anything but viewing the simplest components or drawings. To me, that alone is the clincher to decide on 64-bit hereafter.
When talking about eDrawings, viewing is all we're talking about.
So, which one worked?
