PDM add-in not loading in SolidWorks

Question asked by David Heverin on Jan 19, 2017

I don't spend a lot of time in SOLIDWORKS.  Most of my time is spent in EPDM.  But recently I have needed to work on SW assemblies and have noticed that even though the SOLIDWORKS PDM CLIENT is checked to install at start-up I am not seeing the "blueberry" in SOLIDWORKS.

I find that I can open the Add-Ins dialog box and uncheck the SOLIDWORKS PDM CLIENT and close it.   Then when I re-open the Add-Ins dialog box and check the SOLIDWORKS PDM CLIENT the "blueberry" now appears.

Okay, so I have a work-around for this.  But it is really annoying.  What can I do to get the SOLIDWORKS PDM CLIENT to load correctly?
