Scheduler runs by it's self!!!!!!!!

Start scheduler and update either files or pdmworks files, add folder , do NOT press ok, cancel, do NOTHING else and wait......

or

within a couple of mins or shorter if you have a fast pc, scheduler starts by it's self updating the brower components in solidworks data\brower folder and NOT the files or folder that you want!!!!!!

Is this a bug?
