Dimensions Wrong on Drawing after Surface Offset

I've got a tough one that has stumped my VAR and I really need your help.

I have an drawing I made of a part a while ago.
My customer has recently added Electropolish to the part.
I need to manufacture the part .0004/side larger to account for the material removal during Electropolish.

I open the part and do a surface offset on every surface of .0004. This makes the holes (as well as everything else) the correct size for material removal during Electropolish.
When I go to the drawing, no dimensions have changed to reflect the parts new sizes.

It seems the dimensions are associated with the solid body before the surface offset.
The surface body is visually shown in the drawing and none of the dimensions reflect the size shown. The dimensions reflect the size of the solid body and the extension lines are pointing to nothing.

If I add a new dimension, it does indeed reflect the new correct size.

I really don't want to redo all of the dimensions.

My VAR said nothing can be done, redo all of the dimensions.

Can anyone help me?

Does anyone know how to make the part .0004/side larger in some other way? Note, scale will not work as the holes will get larger instead of the correct smaller.

Thank you in advance.
