Hi, iv'e been planning a scissor lift in solidworks, and the only part i didn't mange to design was the hydraulic cylinder. I was hoping that someone could help me to design an MDHD double rod hydraulic cylinder with the diameterof 63mm according to the following catalogue that is attached to this thread

Almost all hydraulic cylinders are based on NFPA standards and will be dimensionally identical regardless of manufacturer.

1 millimeter is equal to 0.03937007874 inches:
1mm = (1/25.4)″ = 0.03937007874″
The distance d in inches (″) is equal to the distance d in millimeters (mm) divided by 25.4:
d(″) = d(mm) / 25.4
Convert 20 mm to inches:
d(″) = 20mm / 25.4 = 0.7874″
1 inch is equal to 25.4 millimeters:
1″ = 25.4mm
The distance d in millimeters (mm) is equal to the distance d in inches (″) times 25.4:
d(mm) = d(″) × 25.4
Convert 20 inches to millimeters:
d(mm) = 20″ × 25.4 = 508mm

Magic # is 25.4 use it to hourly to convert mm to inches and back again. I know quick in Solidworks, but when you are on the shop floor with a Mic in hand it is a very handy number to remember.
In Solidworks you can key 1in or 1mm and it will do the conversion.
McMaster-Carr sells similar cylinders and they have many CAD files ready to download.

Parker Hannafin would have models of metric cylinders. But you will need more than the bore diameter, you will need stroke length fitting sizes and to configure a useable model.
the stroke length is 100 mm, and actually i cant find this hydraulic in any sites like grabcad or3D contentcentral
Take a 50mm and stretch it - depends if you can download a SW file, if you can just change the dimension, or just model one...
The link brings to a Tie Rod Air cylinder on McMaster-Carr that has a bore size of 63 mm and a stroke length of 100 mm.
Although I don't see one there with a through rod.

Are you looking for a metric Hydraulic cylinder or an air cylinder? If you are looking for Hydraulic dual rod(Dual action) Parker Hannafin is going to be a good place to start.
From reading this post, are you expecting someone to dump a model in here?
Everyone up to this point is giving you directions on how/ where to find either relevant models or models you can manipulate to get the desired cylinder you are looking for.
Did you check with the manufacturer, they usually have 3D models available? It is also a simple part to model, just follow the info provided...
