Good morning all,
I assume some of y'all have run into this before, but I did a quick search and didn't find anything.
I've got an assembly with a few parts in it so far, and I'm trying to insert another instance of a part that's already used in the assembly. However, I keep getting the "failed to open file" error. Usually when this happens I can get around it by doing a Save All, then closing SolidWorks and restarting. This time it hasn't worked, and I even tried rebooting my computer (which has worked in the past as well) but no luck.
Anybody found a way to deal with this? I'm running SW2008/SP3.1...
Thanks,
Perry
