Creating wireframe on 3d solid

Hello i have a problem creating a wireframe on a solid part.

I want to create a wireframe on my object that looks like this.

Here you can see a front view from my object (in stl)

Is there a way to create such mesh that it looks like the 2d optical illusion lamp?

Also other ways of creating mesh are welcome. Illustrator or blender etc.

Its important for me that i want to make a vector file from it.
