When you say "project", what type of project do you mean? Work, school, personal, training?
It would probably help if you attached the file of what you've got so far also........ see #18 of Forum Posting for details on how to do this.
One could also used either Vibranium or Adamantium.
Vibranium is stronger than adamantium...
Wow Rick, I don't even know what to say ... To early on a Monday for me apparently.
Have some coffee.
There seems to be a plethora of Student questions asking for recommendations on specific materials to use for a particular project.
One thing they all have in common is a severe lack of information to formulate an answer with. For example..."I'm designing a wheel can anyone tell me what the nest material to use is?"
I'm betting they are all coming from one classroom.

Fair enough. I had not noticed but after perusing the topics on hand for the day I see where you were going with that ...
Wrong kind of Adamantium?
My personal preference for materials is Unobtanium, it is very rare though.
Nice one James.
You can choose your material properties as required: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unobtainium
Here's some more materials you might consider: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_fictional_elements,_materials,_isotopes_and_atomic_particles
(Be extra careful if you choose to use ice-9.)
Ooh, I like the similar terms there. I'm going to adopt buzzwordium instead. New material added to library...
Omer, typically the contact material is made from Silver Tungsten (AgW) I believe. There can be various plating schemes to assist/relieve the welding potential that naturally occurs due to the nature of the contact arcing.
I had worked on a project with my son some time ago and found some really interesting information regarding "standards" for different countries here. AC power plugs and sockets - Wikipedia Just a little something to keep in mind.
Hope it's helpful, good luck.
John, you forgot to mention that the Silver Tungsten should be Gold plated...
