I use a lot of commands could design a piece of plastic molds. But I think that this method is not a major design template. And much time is wasted. I'm looking for the best way to do it. Any help in this regard would be my happiness.
I am not sure if there is a straight forward method to reduce the number of features in the tree.
One suggestion:
Once you finish the part modeling to the requirement, you can try insert into a new part (without breaking the link)
This way all your properties and features are linked to the original part and the new part will show only one feature as solid bodies
I don't know whether this is the proper way to do it, but it works!

I think the model is not a very clean geometry and that may be one of the reason to get error while doing the split
You may have to use mold tools and surface tools to create the parting line and split surface
Look very closely at these locations and try to correct. Then try the split
