Issue connecting to Solidworks Electrical after migration to new SQL server.

Hello, we are currently running Solidworks Electrical 2015. Our SQL database was recently migrated over to a new server and we have run into some issues. None of our projects appear in Solidworks Electrical. Below is the error we receive from the query execution error log:

The sql instance and hostname are still the same with the new server and all databases located in the instance backed up and restored correctly. I've confirmed that the tew login has permissions to the tables listed and I am unsure what else to check.
