In this piece, I''m trying to sweep a curve so that makes a nice concave wall for my blender, but despite months of trial and error (and procrastinating) I just cannot figure out how to get it to work. Can someone give me a detailed guide on what I'm doing wrong because the deadline for my project is soon. Thanks in advance!
Kieran,
To get the ends of your blender you can use a boundry surface, selecting the end edge of surface-sweep1 & the concave edge of Sketch 6. You will need to use the contour select tool to pick the single line of your sketch. Then do the same for the opposite end, bear in mind sketch 6 will now be part of the new boundry surface & you will need to show it for the opposite end. The reason you can't cut the body of your blender with the extrude cut is that you have a mixture of solid & surface bodies. You can use the surface trim command & trim the surface body with your solid body as the cutting tool.
