Is there any way to slow down the explode animation? Specifically the AVI file.

I would like to slow down the speed that my explode goes if it's possible. I have tried searching and thought I had found the answer here Animation: How to Slow Down Creation but my "Animation Controller" has changed in SW2016 to this (see image below) which does not have the option to type in a value any longer.

The explode is very basic, only about a half dozen components. The issue is that when I save out the AVI file it simply flies. I figured it might just be my computer and tried playing it on a basic computer (one that isn't all dolled up for design work and loaded with RAM/Video goodies) but it shows pretty much exactly the same. Fast, very fast ... lol

Are there any options I'm missing somewhere or maybe the AVI file can be slowed down externally through the Windows Media Player or something?
