dear's i'm so sorry for my question ,, i lost my CD and i will change my laptop to new laptop how i can download solid works with out CD
Are you on subscription?
If not, you can probably get a copy from your old VAR.
You can only install the latest version that was available when your subscription expired.
You will have to get that version or an earlier version to do the installation.
If someone else in your company has a seat that is still on subscription, they can download the latest version that you can install.
If you ARE on subscription, just go to "MySolidworks.com" and navigate to the "Downloads" section and you can download the installer and files.
If you can do a download, don't do the install directly from the website.
A few menu's in on the installer there will be options for how you want to install.
The last option is "Download Only".
This is the best option because it will download all the files you need and then you can put those on a CD and you will have a backup.
Also, if you install from the CD instead of the download and something goes wrong you will not have to download again, you can just re-run from the CD - much faster. There are a lot of files and it will probably be around 12 to 14 gig of data and files. Unless you have a really fast internet connection, it takes a long time to download.
Im selling my CD Just Joking as Rick McDonald said just go to the download site or asked your VAR that is the function of a VAR
