Sketched Bend 4 feature has Bend radius 0.433mm, Arc length 0.816mm, Bend Angle 90degrees

I tried to find a formula that will return arc length. but couldn't do it.

Can someone suggest what the calculation should be?

Question: Given Bend arc radius & angle, calculate arc length. (Radius = r, angle = theta)

r * theta = arc length doesn't work here.

the calculation is based on the bend radius, bend angle, the material thickness and the k-factor, assuming that you are using the k-factor. This is what the help documentation states:

Basically we use the bend radius plus the material thickness multiplied by the k-factor in order to determine the neutral fiber which is used to calculate the developed length. But I have doubts that this applies to your selected edge since the edge is not normal to the bend radius. So I am not sure if this will give the length of the edge.

But anyway, if I have got you right you want to display the start and end bend area in the flat pattern? The flat pattern should look like this?

If that is the case you can turn on the display of the bend area edges when you edit the flat pattern and turn off "Merge faces" like I did:

When "Merge faces" is turned off SOLIDWORKS displays the bend area edges.
