Did you save the Sheetformat before you save the template? It's easier to work with different sheetformats instead of different Sheet templates
Can you click on any of these views and try using this button to select the model.
And can you attach the template to check?
thank you I did see that at one point but now im not seeing it how would i get to that insert model section from here
thank you for the quick responses
Click on any of these view and then you would get the option on left under property manager for that view.
thank you that worked is it possible to also have all the images change when the part is changed in view 1?
Yes being parametric and having the views projected, when the model in view 1 changes it changes in the others as well.
Yes it should but I'm not sure why it is not working for you until I see that template file.
Did you used this button from the model to start the drawing?
Can you right click on the drawing sheet and select edit sheet
yes i see edit sheet format
Ok - just checking to see if you were still in the edit sheet format mode.... Missing views, could mean that the files were moved, or right click a view and select "Show" , maybe during the sheet edit or something it decided to hide the views...
If yes then you've saved the template in edit sheet format mode but that is not possible since these views won't show up in edit sheet format mode.
Can you attach that template? Check #18 of Forum Posting on how to attach files while replying to a post.
