I have one issue regarding pdm access there is a one user on client location he is not able to access to pdm vault. even though his name is existing on archive server. He is getting an error "Couldn't connect to archive server "Server name" for the vault. Please help if you have solution your help will be appreciated.
He would need permission to connect to the vault.

Since I don't know your system/permissions, you would be better off to contact the VAR that set it up and they could tell you.
Your user will need access to the internet at the customer site and then have VPN setup on his mobile workstation to connect to your vault.

You will have a much better chance of getting an answer if you change the title of your question from "Hi All" to an actual question that you want an answer for.
Most users will scan the forum and skip anything that they think is something they will not be interested in.
I suggest you change your question to something like:
PDM access - one user on client location not able to access vault
Your are much more likely to get a response to your question.
I don't use PDM so I can't help you but others can.
