Basic excel manipulation double click on cell D1, right click choose copy.
Highlight cells D2-D4 then paste the formula sum=A1;C1 will then translate to each of the new D cells respectively.
This is taking into account that you are using a formula in D1 to begin with and not deriving the property from a model.

If you just want to copy the number 42 in each square below "D" then just highlight each cell below and including the one with 42 in it and then press CTRL+D together.....................
