Is there any way to paste text content into a note where it takes the native formatting instead of applying the source formatting?

I sometimes use Notepad.exe to 'cleanse' formatting between copy and paste, but sometimes that just imposes Courier New font attributes instead.

Many other programs do this. For example, CTRL+SHIFT+V pastes text this way in Google Chrome browser.

I wanted to suggest this for the top ten, but forgot until today when I'm returning to creating new drawings, and now it's too late.  If there was a text Format Painter, or a much broadly useful command such as Match Properties, that would accomplish similar results as an extra step instead of an altered input process.
