I would reduce the bend radius or make the bend relief a little deeper.

yes, Bernie is right. Sketched bend always assumes that the bend will go across the whole sheet metal body even though the sketched line is shorter. To my knowledge the only workaround is to usually create a narrow bend relief manually in order to separate the bend area (basically create a small cut in the flat that will separate the bend after the part gets bent).

Just in case this does anything for you, here's a possible work around. I made a quick rough part and made the tail that's causing you trouble as a separate tab. You won't be able to connect in the bend area but you will be able to keep your material out of the affected bend.
