Tab Builder - Excel looking for a Colon

I can not seem to link my Excel file as the Tab Builder is asking for range to be denoted by a Colon. I have added a screen shot to show range is denoted by a colon. I noticed another thread suggesting it may have been due to the number of sheets in the Excel file and so I've created the file with only 1 sheet. Still to no avail.

No one else has this question

    Well that is interesting, I tried your range in an Excel file before I posted and it works on my SW2009 SP1.0EV install.
    
    Can you post your Excel file and the Tab Builder template file for us to try out?
    
    Zip into an archive before uploading.

      Had to be Zipped the forum didnt lik the .prtprp file ext.

        I am not sure why it is not working for you, it works for me. I attached a saved template.prtprp from my system for you to try. Watch the path of your Excel file it is different then where I dropped your Excel file on my system.
        
        You can open, and edit, the .prtprp file in notepad to see if anything looks out of whack. It is just an ASCII text file.

        Thanks for your input so far. Just to keep you in the Loop.
        
        After you confirmed everything to be ok, I went to support. It turns out, I'm running with Excel 2000 here and the Tab Builder has only be tested on versions as far back as 2003. They cannot confirm this as the problem and are still looking into it. I will let you know when I have a solution.
