Message says: "A journal file could not be created. Another session of Solidworks may already be running on this machine."

SW will still run after clicking past this message, but it does come up every time I start SW.

2009, sp0 on a brand new computer;
Vista Business 64
Core 2 Duo ; E8600 @3.33 Ghz
8 gb ram
quadro FX 1700

update:

I just started this computer again. At Windows start up, I got that annoying dialog box asking me if I had requested to start program SWIM. Is the Installation Manager trying to start up every time I start Windows-even before I open SW itself? Is this issue related to SW thinking there is another session of SW running even thought there isn't??

I am brand new to Vista, so I may be have configuration issues with security settings. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
