I need to bend the part that I have attached. The location of the bend is in "Sketch 25" and the part should be bent at a 12 degree angle. Everything I have tried has not worked. I tried adding a bend using sheet metal features and it says the part has to be one equal thickness. I also tried inserting a "FLEX" feature, where it offers bending as an option, but this failed as well. It would only flex the part one way and only with a huge radius. The inside radius is 1/2". Any ideas?
