Which is the best way to apply a bonded contact between two
shell elements?
I have used split lines to make a silhouette of the contact area on the other part, and I'm using the same mesh size on both components. I thought that by doing this, the bonded areas would have the exact same mesh, and therefore make a good contact. Im still getting a strange, non-smooth stress concentrations. What have I done wrong?
I also got a new error several times:
warning: Ratio of clearance/element size in at least one element is larger than 1
Do you wish to continue?
What is causing this error? Changing the element size often fix this.
Best regards
