Most of the time, when I am dimensioning, edges do not
highlight. At times this can be a significant problem. For example,
when dimensioning a drawing that has fillets, it is often difficult
to select the tangent edge (the face that is on edge). So, when
selecting the 2nd line (of 2 parallel lines) that I want to
dimension to, instead of selecting that 2nd line line, SW ends up
placing a dimension for the 1st line I selected. Then I must erase
that useless dimension, and try again. As an occasional work
around, sometimes I create a new sketch, and manually draw
extension lines, and then dimension to those.
Also, when dimensioning to center marks, SW often wants to dimension it as an angle. So, I avoid dimensioning to center marks, and always select the circle. But, again, this can be difficult to determine because the circle won't highlight.
Any way to fix these problems?
