i have created no of parts & assembly in pro-e. now i want to change them in to solidwork files.
what is the best option to convert?
is it good to convert pro-e to solidworks or 1st change it to iges or parasolid then open it in solidworks.............
which method creates less faulty face?
and in option what is best brep or knit surface ....
please refer me the best method and how to do it?
i have tried lots of method but every time it creates an errror. how i perfectly export the data?

bcoz however what method you choose it will not completly provide a perfect result.
so just want to know what is best?
Even it ill allow you to edit the model,In error point of view you should check all revolved features after u converted to solidworks.
If exporting STEP does not work, I would try exporting IGES files from Pro-E as a backup method. Opening Pro-E files directly in SolidWorks works okay if the geometry is not too complex.
